But eating these types of fish, you consume more omega 3 fatty acids that help in the reduction of inflammation that can lead to prostate cancer.

2. Cooked tomatoes

Tomatoes in general are a great source of nutrition, and cooked tomatoes offer a great source of lycopene. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant. Lycopene can be found in the walls of tomatoes, and, when they’re cooked well, lycopene has a better chance to get down to the prostrate when its antioxidant properties can do good.

5. Green tea

Despite being a beverage, green tea is another powerful antioxidant. Green tea is packed with catechins, which are believed to be anti-carcinogenic and anti-mutagenic. That means it does a great job of keeping healthy prostate cells from mutating and becoming cancerous.
